The Dwyer Cultural Center is a development of International Communications Association and a partnership of Community works and International Communications Association. The Dwyer the world's only cultural institution dedicated to the history and tradition of Harlem through the presentation of art exhibitions, live musical performances, theatre, workshops, arts education programming and public forums for intergenerational audience. The Dwyer is a community resource offering multi-purpose rental spaces customized to accommodate groups large or small, formal or informal, public and private.
